[Prairie_Beef] Missouri Belted Galloways

Hi Paul -

I think it would be great if the membership could all engage in this,
visiting those farms that are convenient for them.

Hopefully I'm not alone in questions, but here are a couple of the top of
my head:

1) Why belted galloways? Any unique problems with them to watch for?
2) Do you market direct to consumers or via the mass cattle barns?
3) Are you a birth-to-processor operation or do you sell to feed lots?
4) How do you feel about organic or "natural" processing?
5) How would you suggest a small farmer get engaged in the business?
6) Are there any coliations or other organizations you would suggest
joining?
