Interesting.  $1.65 HCW  (typically 600-800lbs per animal) for grass fed 
beef.  Thats $990-$1320 per animal... less delivery to Lewis County.

We are sourcing some cattle outside of our 4 founding members.

If you delivered to my Canton farm on days when we are shipping truck loads 
to slaughter, we could offer you $1.65 hot carcass price since you appear to 
be very close to Lewis Co.  We will pick up the cost going to Omaha.
