[Carpenter] GRP

Thanks Justin.

I guess the best way to think of it is that I'd like to get the property
into shape - then ensure it stays that way.  The conservation easement
seems like the best way to do that - but I've heard horror stories (NPR
had a recent report where "forever" ended up being 7 years, but thats
still in appeal).
