[Carpenter] Mystic Plains Wind Energy

We might be a little late. If we had an endangered species present, and
the science to back it, we could block based on that... but we are still
in a restoration state.
Is there ANY research on this? Do the chickens just think of the
windmills as tall trees and therefore avoid them (and likewise ignore them
if they are, oh, a 1/4 mile away)?
