Sorry to say but my associate at work has officially backed out of
considering the property.  Much to his surprise, he and his wife didn't
agree on some aspect of the situation.

We will be up Friday evening, and spend the weekend, returning to St.
Louis sometime Monday.

Our house plans continue to progress, with foundation pouring scheduled in
September (getting REALLY close now), and bids to determine if we can
build the shell going out next week.  Today I received preliminary plans,
and they look good - a little tweaking is required, but basically they are
solid.

We have had water for a few months, and today I talked to Tri-County about
getting electricity - suspect that will be in within the next few weeks.
