Talked to one of my co-workers today who indicated a lot of interest in
the Simler 229 south of our place...  He is also conservation minded and
will be talking with his wife about this.

If this works out, we would have almost 500 acres of adjoined property
between that, mine, and the Shoop's for the chickens to roam on.
