This is a discussion list for people interested in sustainable practices associated with raising beef cattle on native prairie grass lands. The list was originated by a group of folks actively involved in native prairie restoration in north-central Missouri (near Kirksville, Missouri), but it is expected the conversation will be relevant for a greater area. Subscribing to Prairie_Beef
